Any more ideas, AC metals in blaine was no help and discount steel said that don't stock it and didn't give me a price.

I think so. Last time I ordered something from them was about 3 years ago when I was going to attempt to build my own SMIM.

... like for the computer part of it? Or are you trying to cool the sensor? lol

Cuz if its the comp part of it aluminum heat sink would of been a better choice, dissipates more heat quicker.
