Those clips rock. I still to this day have one of those in the crotch of one of my pairs of black pants, I bent down one day and tore a hole (i like to say because my cock is so big, but we all know that isnt true). Then it came to me, that i can just clip the fabric together, and take off the chrome peices.. WHA LA! There i fixed it moment.

Why not just store them vertically? Less oxidation and yeast stays at the bottom where it belongs.

And a very good point this is, however, a scenario for your consideration:

Halloween party. 96 bottles of beer, 1 fridge with improper ratio of shelving height adjustments to standard beer bottle height. Only solution, stack bottles horizontally to accommodate total amount of said beer. This clip appears to provide a simple solution to food group segregation while avoiding an otherwise structurally superfluous arrangement.

Good point. I hate not-beer-friendly shelving heights. It's always a pain to store my 750ml beer bottles, the door is about the only place they fit. Bombers are usually pretty restricted as well.
