Horizon Evolve Treadmill. Compact, and made for someone who wants to walk or jog (not for above 5mph speed). We loved this and it was our gateway to something more for running vs. walking/jogging.

They seem to retail from $400-$600 which seems high, I don't remember paying that much, but I do know that other than losing the magnet (we just used a magnet from the fridge to use - you would need your own), it's been a flawless item.
