E3 16g exhaust side

kind of an odd request but i was wondering if anyone had the exhaust side of an evoIII big 16g laying around. i bought another turbo that was crap, but didnt really question it, and im pretty sure it was an ebay one, and the exhaust side didnt fit. my turbo is good, just the holes for the manifold were drilled out before, i tried to make them work by taping them, but it was a no go (they are about 1/2" holes) so im just looking for a quick fix here. so if you can help me out please get back to me

Bolts and nuts to "clamp" it to the manifold?

tried it, they came loose. couldnt explain it, used lock washers and lock tight with it. i dunno this turbo has caused me so many problems with just that exhaust manifold to turbo flange its unbearable. but the turbo has no play, and doesnt leak, which is why i would rather not replace it, and just put the exhaust side on it

a 16g would be a td05.
