I think I need a new windshield! :(
 

So I grabbed snow while the car was warming up and being the idiot I am, continued to wipe down the windshield not realizing the small ice chunk in the snow and it pretty much scratched the shit out of it. Now what. So I might need a new one and if so I don't know how much that might be. I got a price of $220 from TC autoglass off of 61 but other than that I didn't know where to start...

Is it a deep scratch? I have gotten some of those out with a glass buff wheel and jewlers rouge. I could get you a much better deal on glass instal but after the drive it wouldn't be worth it....

Yea it was pretty deep scratches and I thought about buffing. Thanks though! I'll keep ya in mind if I'm out that way. My dad's 'fleet' needs glass from time to time.
