tps adjustments q

So I've looked all over dsmtuners for the answer to my question and I having a hard time getting a clear answer.

Q: I need to check the adjustment of my tps sensor, I do NOT have link so I need to do it manually with a multimeter, does anyone know how to do this and what I am shooting for.
I'm almost sure what wires I clamp to "pin 1 and pin 3" am I correct there?

I always thought it was supposed to be .63 volts closed, and close to 5V fully open. It should be pretty easy to tell which two pins are correct when logging the voltage, there are only a few possibilities.
