I don't know what exact qualifications are needed to build a website to the calibur that you expect, but I'd be willing to help you out. I typically use Dreamweaver as my program of choice, with a little bit of Flash animations if I have the patience for it. Why don't ya drop me a PM with details of what you want it to be like, and I'll give you an honest answer as to whether or not it's feasible for me. :toast:
