Ya I know its probably been brought up before many times, and Im sure I will get flack for not doing a thourough search trough the 20 odd some pages of results i got to find it, But I wanna know about how much it would cost and what parts would be needed to turbo an N/A Eclipse. corrently Im running a 2.0 Eclipse GS with 104,000 miles. I think the motor is in decent shape for turbo, Is it ok to turbo tho without beefing up the engine? how much boost would it take before your running a risk?

I wouldn't recommend it but if you're set on it. http://www.hahnracecraft.com/auto/eclipse/eclipse.htm is one of the better kits out there, I know at least one other member on the board has turboed his GS, you could see if he chimes in.

Are you running the 420A or 4g63?

Heh, yeah that kit is fora 2g, for some reason I assumed that's what your car was, I see you have 1g, not quite sure what all is involved in turboing it but there are some big differences beween your 4g63 and a 4g63t
