Re: What's your favorite kind of Beer?
A few to add that I've enjoyed in the last nine months or so.
All of these are from Town Hall Brewery in Minneapolis, but they're all seasonals. The Black Snow is the only one they currently have (unless they've run out already.)
Black Snow Coffee Porter <- If you like Coffee and you like Porters, you'll love this beer.
Little Dog IPA <- good hoppy beer
Big Dog IPA <- even more hops
Grand Cru <- served in 8oz glasses because it knocks your head off your shoulders
"8" Weizenbock <- similar to the grand cru
Here's a couple others you can buy at the store if you look around.
Lake Superior, Special Ale <- Lotsa hops
Lake Superior, Old Man Winter Warmer <- A barley wine that warms you up right
Big Sky, Powder Hound <- A good dark beer
Hansens, Geuze Lambic <- It's an Aquired taste, full of flavor, made for sipping, not chugging
Paulander, Hefeweisen <- an excelent, excelent, wheat beer
Paulander, Salvator <- good
Here's what I have on tap right now in my garage:
Sam Adams, Boston Lager
Town Hall, Little Dog
Summit, Winter Ale
And on reserve: Town Hall, Black Snow
I think I'll go have a beer now.
