It might. The FIP Hurricane is weaksauce! You can make that at home for cheap. You have to have stacking in the runners...each runner has to have a controled radius and the runner length and dia has to be tuned for that engine and it's needs. The plenum has to be able to feed the needs of the motor. All this while the plenum has to supply air or fuel/air in equal amounts to the runners.
