Ticked for $98.00 I'm going to plead not guilty and make up some story and try to get something out of it. SIgh* I hate cops!
On the other hand, as long as I got ticketed when I wasn't driving the car. My record is just outstanding. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

The easiest way to get out of this ticket would be to go to court and tell them that the bracket broke and you were waiting for another one. Being that you werent driving it will be easy to get out of.
