I"d rather keep my engine bay from catching fire. I don't possibly see how not wrapping turbo manifolds will help the situation. They are spray painted with a DEI high temp paint, we did not have time to send them out for jet hot. The entire engine bay is treated with DEI, yes there are pretty parts, but function over form on this car.

However, I'd love to get a link to that study, as it would be an interesting read.
