What has been suggested to me was to finger tighten the knock sensor, then using a crescent wrench, tighten it I believe a 1/4 or 1/2 turn to have it roughly torqued at the 10 or 12 ft-lbs it needs. Thats what I have done with mine, and it works fine
Could you have serverly noisy lifters?
