Well my wife was watching HSN today. Home Shopping Network for those wondering. So she calls me into the room like my house is on fire and points to the television. There before my eyes is the iRobot ROOMBA 2.1 robot vacuum cleaner having a birthday special.
So after wathcing the big sales pitch, I tell her "I can't see it working that well". To no avail, she got that look in her eye. Allan knows the look I'm talking about. So I gave in and said "get it".
Then I decide to do some 'net searching to find out how big a piece of crap I just bought. Well I stumble across a few sites dedicated to Roomba's. One of which deals with how to hack, modify and hot-rod your Roomba.
What's this world coming to when geeks start modding their vacuum cleaners? Very sad. Very sad indeed.
