Not much of a difference. One thing, the G4CS was not manufactured by Mitsu, it was manufactured by Hyundai. Mitsu provided the dies to build it, but there is a little concern of the materials used in the Hyundai and if the tolerances were as tight.
That said, I have a G4CS in my car also. There was literally no modification to the block.
