I found out the answer. First of all, the cut was leaking. Second, holy crap.
Did a 95 pull into 4th gear on an open straight away to test out the pipe, held with no issues. Hell, even ran into a newer dodge hemi tonight. Toyed around with him for about 20 minutes before stopping in a local store to talk to them.
The pipes work fine, and fixed a problem that's been plaging the car and i didn't even know. Explains why my boost was staying down around 12 PSI again. Now a new problem.... creeping to about 16psi on the stock fuel sytem. Time to port the exauhst.
