You just had to cancel within 30 days. If you read your bill it would state exactly what you are getting charged for. Most people just look at the bill and pay the balance. This is fine as long as the reps that help you let you know about all of the charges/fees associated with changing phones. The nice thing about Sprint is (at least at my store) we will credit you back most questionable charges.
