License plate is a soar spot on your car. One could argue that it restricts flow from your FMIC! haha. It's 98 dollars. If you drive a DSM, 98 bucks aint shit because you spend that fixing it every week! Use the plate, pay the ticket.. or pay the ticket and continue not using the plate! Not a hard concept.

I'd go into court and say " Look your honor, that license plate slows down the flow to my FMIC causing it to lack some degree of driveability" ( it probably doesn't at all LOL.) Then ask where another good location would be to have it since you're concerned about it's previous location. This is where he will tell you it has to be on the front side of your front bumper facing straight ahead with nothing blocking it. ( IE Not in your windshield or w/e). Then inform him that you are going to put it where he said. That's where he says " pay the 98 dollars, you're not getting out of it." or possibly.. "Make sure it goes on and stays on and we will dismiss this"
