Front plate is staying, it didn't have one when I bought the car and I got pulled over 2x for it (and tint), and that was in the first month I had the car!

Yea wasn't in the boost too much, was just cruising on the freeway...and by cruising I mean about 10-30mph for the last 40 miles or so back into the city.
