Blown T3/T4
Hole in radiator
Clutch
Transmission - 4 years ago, believe it was syncros
Steering rack
Clutch master cylinder
Ebrake cable snapped
Shifting assembly broke off
Driver front spring snapped - puncturing the tire as well
Bent rim - I never hit a curb

And the two that pissed me off the most:

Driverside lock - wouldn't open unless I wiggled the key around for a few minutes
Fuel door - springs rusted and broke, too lazy to get new springs so I used something to prop the lever up while I walked around to pry the door open, sometimes the object would slip out and I'd have to walk around to do it again
