I think normally you drive up with a semi, hit the call button, then drive off and go inside and pay and get the printout. But the call button is about 9 feet in the air at semi window height and we didn't see it in the dark. We drove on, went inside told them to weigh it while we weren't in the car, then drove the car off and went inside to pay.
