I hope he and his passenger come out ok, but I just gotta say that this kid is a fuckin tool. If I was in his father's position, he wouldn't be driving at all. From what I've heard, since he's gotten his liscence, he has killed his dad's Lambo, and another modded Supra that they had. Like AJ said, he needs a buss pass till he's 25.
