^^ I agree. The production manager/co owner of the shop I work at is a woman. She has no clue what goes on there because she spends half the day shopping online, or booking her next trip to Mexico/Hawii/France/wherever the hell else she goes. A few times now, she's told me one of my jobs was ready to be painted, so I asked the body guy where it was, and he tells me he hasn't even started the job yet. She really needs to get a fucking clue.
