Re: LOL @ me!! Found a old picture from a few years ago, what was I thinking??
lol, I won the first "Lift-A-Thon" as a sophmore that our school held, and well that was satisfying enough for me, and I never touched another weight lol!
Basically what our "Lift-A-Thon" consisted of was finding your "MPPO", max one rep of hang clean, squat and bench press. My legs are what won me that freaking thing, I had the weakest peck muscles ever I couldn't bench squat compaired to a few buddies my weight.
I can't remeber my exact max one reps, but it was something along the lines of 210 on bench, 250 on hang clean, and 350 on squat and I weighed 135 lbs. (I'm only 5'7"... 5'8" on a good day.) To figure out your MPPO you would take the three core lifts and divide it by your body weight, to see how strong you are pound for pound.
I guess that helps a lot being small, less weight, and I don't have to move as far as people with long arms / legs...
I remember hanging my plaque up the first day I got it and it fell off the wall and chipped really bad, so I just threw that sucker away.
