Yeah, air tools and PB Blaster are great. At least PB, soak, twist, Pb, Soak, twist, etc. Same thing with manifold to turbo bolts. I've broken a couple trying to get them off with sheer force.
Don't forget to use some good anti-seize when you put them back together as well.
