Who cares if it spools or not. The guy will have 1000 other problems getting it to hit an 8. If he was really serious, you would think he would have atleast bought a new turbo. He hasn't even stripped his 2" intercooler piping our of the car or removed his MSD CARB sticker from the engine bay yet.
