When you run too cold of a plug, you run the risk of fouling them out early.
With your turbo at that boost level I personally would not go colder than a BPR7. Hell I wouldn't run 8's on anything that saw a decent amount of regular street driving myself. Why are you wondering about 8's, are you having issues with the 7's being too hot?
