Hope you got a deal on it. There are many deals out there right now. I am surprised on how bad the roof is as the house can't be too old. We sold our project house last week and will likely be buying 2-3 more with the funds we got from it. One offer was accepted and we expect another bank to take an offer within the next few days. One was just pit in on Friday. The third would be a little different and would be something we have never done before. Don't want to go into details on the ones we have offers in on as some are still pending.
