Have you ever been ticket or arrested for racing?
Yes. versus a porsche 928 that happened to be speeding a little more than I was on southbound hwy 100. An undercover cop 'flagged us' and we were pulled over, given citations for careless driving (since they had no idea how fast we were going...not THAT fast). Turns out you can talk a DUI down to a careless driving, so the insurance company and any law-enforcement I spoke with about it immediately assumed I was drinking while this occurred...it was just wrong on so many levels. Speeding? Yes. Racing? No.
Why did you build your car?
You know when you ride a rollercoaster and you get that blast of adrenaline, a huge smile on your face, and you want to go ride it again? You know how clinical depression is a widespread problem? Well, I like to be happy. My car makes me happy on even the worst of days. I do computer networking, so working on the car gives me something to do with my hands, get my fingernails dirty. When I stomp on it I know why it does what it does. Accelerating quickly is fun, but perhaps more fun is giving other people rides. I can fig four adults in my car besides myself and still take them for the ride of their life! Again back to the rollercoaster. Having a fast car is fun.
What is your Current WHP? What is your goal?
Dyno Dynamics: 432whp/398wtq ~~560bhp/517tq
My goal was about 400whp on a dyno dynamics or 450whp on a dynojet.
What is your fastest 60ft, 0-60mph, 0-100mph and ¼ mile times? (I realize these probably would have been determined on a track rather than on the street)
Never been to the drag track, hopefully some day
Why do you street race?
90% of the time, it'll only be with friends, on deserted roads, and we call it 'testing and comparing'...you'd be amazed how a 300whp DSM will do against a 450whp mustang cobra. Ultimately, for fun. If we weren't being responsible about it, it wouldn't be fun.
What would you do if a V8 pulled up next to you at a stop light, revved his engine and started yelling “Rice burner, Jap crap, 4 banger, I’ll smoke you on green… etc.”?
Certainly would not race them, angry people are not fun to deal with, being behind them means they cannot tailgate or throw stuff at me, I can turn around, stop, whatever. There are lots of horror stories out there about stuff like this. Often the thumbs up, middle finger, or simply ignoring them is the best.

Have you ever purchased/sold stolen car parts? (I’m guessing no one will answer)
No, and if I knew anyone that did or was trying to sell them, I would not only beat their ass, I would put them in the trunk and deliver them to the police station myself.
