With all the talk about police stopping to help, and what not. I can honestly say as I think Most of you can honestly say,
At somepoint you've all probably witnessed a Police officer driving right passed someone in need of help.
I know I seen it several times each year. Where there'll be someone on the side of the road or something. And in no way could the Cop miss it unless he had his eyes closed but kept on driving.
I have all the respect and the world for the Cops that actually do there job right. It's just the ones that do are becoming very few between.
Like the newport Police that are a great example of proper Police Officers.
When we'd play frizbee and football down at Red Rock - Subway they usually would either completly leave us alone or they'd drive over and give us compliments on how well we conducted ourselves. Saying that if you could get the rest of the people to act like you guys we'd never come down here and you guys could do what ever you wanted.
He even made reference to Racing at Red Rock saying that they'd be down there with there cars racing if they weren't working, etc.
That's the mentality that all cops should go by. - You do your job, you protect and Serve the people, treat people fairly. And Respect each other.
They realize there are better things to do then bust up a bunch of people who are acting responsibly. (And that's the key to the whole thing. "Acting responsibly")
The reason why Red Rock, Uni, Kasota, all got ruined are because people were acting irresponsibly (ie: Like dumbshits) and making neusense's of themselves.
When people just went to Uni and parked and stopped blarring there stereo's, doing burn Outs, starting fights, Uni was the bomb. But now a days it's just out of hand. And that's why I don't even bother going East of Mobil.
