On a Dynojet with E-85 yes, 95tsi has one on a stroker and is making more power than anyone I know of on here with an EVO III 16G at 347 HP and 361 TQ Dyno Dynamics with a 2.3
The newer billet 50 trim from PTE, or even a regular old 50 trim would put you at your goal without sacrificing more than a couple hundred rpm spool time.
