OK, I've made a bit of progress on this.

The spacer for the front ring gear has been made and is in place. The bell-housing and T-case have been clearanced to get them to fit up. And the extra material has been welded in for moving the two bolt holes. I need to flatten those two areas out and then drill and tap. After that the gearing project is done. Most of the credit goes to John on this.

I have also picked up a new Kirkey race seat and an FPR. I'm not sure when the FPR will get installed, but now I have it.
