My car is most definitely not badged beyond the 3 diamonds on the trunk. But I'm sure if I held the symbol up in the courtroom and asked people to raise their hands if they knew what it was, everyone would do so.
And if we want to argue competency and safety, he severely cut off the car behind me to get me. I had matched the speed of the car in front of me while leaving about a car length in between me and the car behind me, and he somehow managed to get in there (without using his turn signal). And of course I'm the one being unsafe. The double standard fucking kills me.
