This sounds like a cool idea. I don't know if we would ever be able to make it to any, but we might hit one or two up when schedules permit.
BTW, a place to hit on any saturday night would be Tinucci's in Newport (
www.tinuccis.com ). They have their prime rib buffet that is just amazing! It's about $25 a person for the buffet or you can order off of the menu. The prime rib is so tender and juicy! They hack off a slice for you that is about an inch or so thick and about 8-10" long by about 3-4" wide. It just melts in your mouth! It's located across the tracks from the old park and ride (that has since been torn down) on Hwy 61 in Newport where we used to hang out before going down to Red Rock.
Hell, there was even a scene from Fargo taped down there!
