It seems my rear dif might be howling.. *trying to keep calm*

It started making a howling sound on and off quitely, changing about every 2 seconds between a light howl and no noise. Now it seems to be more constant/loud, and I can definitly hear something isnt quite right on decel, even with the car out of gear. And it certainly seems to be comming from the rear.

Thoughts?

maybe T-case and not diff?
