Been a while since I've updated this thread as I've just been enjoying the car's awesomeness for the past year.
But in the upcoming months I'll be figuring out the broken tranny situation. I was going to have MAP store it and work on it, but they didn't have room and Shep doesn't do 6 speed fixes so for now it's sitting in my garage
I'm tossing around a lot of options right now, but
http://teamrip.com/ seems to be a good option for rebuilding my tranny, I'm also thinking about pulling it myself but may pay MAP or someone to do it still. I know it's a PITA but there's noway it's any worse than what I just endured.
Any ideas/options people have would be great. A 5 speed swap would be sweet too, but that's looking like it'll cost a LOT more and be a lot more of a PITA than just rebuilding the 6 speed to be strong.
