The accident was my fault technically since I rear ended her car, even if she was on her phone and not paying any attention to the road. I don't have comprehensive on my car since its only worth a couple grand, so whatever.
I walked away. If I hadn't been paying enough attention I could have been seriously injured or worse. I'll leave it at that.
