Small update. So it's officially ours. We moved just a couple things in to be able to spend the night. So we basically camped out there Thursday night just for fun

Couple camping chairs and an air matress

Also, started doing a little bit of yard work. Have to run the sprinklers quite a bit for the new sod to grow well. Big thanks to mother nature for helping with that

Also Menards had a sale on mulch, so we bought 15 bags of mulch for $30. Put it around the trees, and also in the dirt area by our sidewalk. Looks a lot nicer now.

That's pretty much it!
