Well, did a compression test tonight. Results were not so good. Just under 75 psi in #4. So i took the head off to see whats up. first off, found out one water passage on the HG has been pushed into the #4 cylinder. Than while turning the motor over I found something odd. #4 does not sit flush with the block. It must have bend a rod. Crap.

Well that dont look right.

So seems as how I already had the head off and had the tools available, i decided to just yank the motor.

Wasn't to bad being by myself. Was kinda nice and quiet. Was able to just work.

Was able to just work. __________________ DSM....Because broken timing belts, cheap interior, transfer case leakage, and crankwalk is to weed out the weak.
