I believe she's a chick and just buys cars for cheap then flips them for a pretty penny. I'm not sure I would believe the mileage that is actually on the trans but the sooner you get it in and find out it works or doesn't for buyer protection the better.
She does have a very good reputation though so it's possible that the part is in good working condition and is exactly what she says it is.
