Actually, take all the clips off and trim and work a piece of piano wire or similar through the glue carefully then pull it in a sawing motion around the edge of the window towards the direction you are going. Be extremely careful, the edges can chip and crack pretty easy. The job isn't difficult with the right type of wire and a little patience.
