I have been talking to Mike since this thing all started and I can tell you for the frustration he has gone through, he has been handling it very well. More than fair to Marco IMO. I won't bash anyones shop, because that isn't how we want to do business so I will leave my comments out on that. I will say that no shop is perfect though they should all be working towards that goal.
