Tranny, pedal assembly, shifter and shifter cables, clutch lines, clutch master and slave cylinders, etc. Also keep in mind there are engine differences between the AT and MT cars, they have different ECU's, fuel injectors, turbos, and exhaust manifolds. Mike's Laser has a salvage title and no first gear versus the GSX is spotless (from what I recall) and has a clean title. The Laser he has was posted up for sale on here last summer by it's former owner if that rings a bell.
