I don't believe that you can get condensation in your fuel tank unless your below 1/4 tank and below freezing. I believe that fuel boils if I'm not mistaken, the flash point of gasoline is about -97F, meaning that it will still burn at 97 degrees below zero. Even the -97F mark is going to vary, based on the additives in the gas.
