Did you just tighten it? Many people use locktite on it to prevent it from happening again.
Also, very important. Don't just tighten it to 'whoa' its a good way to get oil and coolant to mix. That housing is somewhat fragile, and can be crushed easily by using the 'tight enough' torque method
