Most cams out there for our cars are ground for hydraulic lifters, I think JUN makes a set designed for solid lifters though. CRCO's dyno data on theirs is pretty much useless, not a controlled situation and other things were changed. Can't say I am convinced as to how much they are needed. They might help some if your reving to 10,000RPMs, but then you have guys like Rau reving past that on stock lifters.

There is some old talk about solid lifters on the public NABR archives with some ideas. People have mentioned them a little lately, but the archives aren't very up-to-date.
