Why would...

Why would the factory tach- and speedo- gauges on an 2004 mustang go out at random go out. My thoughts are that the gauges could have a bad ground (All digital gauges), bad connection or bad sensors, and at worst a bad ECU.

Any thoughts?

The car is still under warranty.

My thought would be to ask the dealer.

Re: Why would...

Why bother asking? It's under warranty, have them fix it.

Re: Why would...

How about people learn to make better thread titles too? Such as "Mustang gauges" so people actually know what it is they are clicking on and could avoid this thread since its a mute point.
