Re: front bumper swap

Yes. You'll have to buy the 97-99 style headlights.
OR.
You could buy the angel eyes from ebay.

Also, try and buy the bumper thats already the same color as your car. Painting them can be a bit expensive.

It really is a simple swap. But if its your first time, it may take hours due to the fact that our bolts are so damn rusted!

I haven't put in the fog lights too yet but o'well.

This is how mine looks.

Good luck on your swap.

Re: front bumper swap

It's a direct bolt-up type deal besides the headlights. OEM 97-99 headlights can get expensive, I usually see them go between 150-200 a pair used. eBay headlights you can get for around 120 or so shipped and those are new, but light output is nowhere near as good as OEM ones.

Re: front bumper swap

Bumper is a direct bolt on.
You just need 97-99 headlights.
The fog lights....i'm not so sure. Mine is still sitting in my garage, haven't put it on yet lol.

97-99 OEM Headlights tend to be about $150 to $250 bucks. Hard to find.
Fog lights brand new can be about $100 bucks?.
Having someone paint your bumpers can be about $200+
Knowing someone who can do it = cheap.

Re: front bumper swap

In San Diego there is a shop that has the actual front bumper covers for around $49. Direct bolt up and perfect fit. Not sure on how much shipping is, but i am going to just drive down one day and pick one up.

They don't ship.

** I did the conversion on my 95 rs. And if you don't change out the headlights this is what it will look like.

Here's what you should take a look at.
