Im going to try this one more time I am looking for a front mount intercooler for my 1g talon. Last time I did this people kept on trying to sell me side mounts intercoolers.
Are you looking for a custom fit or a universal kit? Cause eBay sells pretty cheap universal kits that work very well, just need a little work to make them fit.
I have one with custom piping I'll sell for $150 shipped because im sick of looking at it. 3" GM MAS not included but for sale if you wanna go the MAFT route.

Took this kit off of my 1G FWD, non-abs, with a/c removed. So to make this kit work, you need to remove your a/c fan if you still have it, and some of a/c condensor parts in front. My car has a Drifter type front bumper cover with no real metal bumper, so if you plan in putting your bumper back in, you will most likely need to cut it to fit. Will fit with powersteering. Tube and fine type intercooler. Vibrant is the brand. All the piping is 2.5" except for the J-pipe and the piece directly after it. 1G BOV flange. BOV not included.
