My new ride

In a desperate attempt to boost our numbers at the All Mitsu Cookout, I've bought another car. A couple of weeks ago, I picked up a low mileage 99 3000GT VR4 in Des Moines. Its only got 23,600 miles on it and still feels like a new car. 100% stock. The paint is in better shape than my Stealth and Spyder.

I don't have a lot of pics online yet of it. Last week I took it to the 3/S National Gathering in Indianapolis. Here are a few pics from there:

As a collector, I just couldn't pass up this car.

later,
Curt

Sometimes i really want one, but the smart side says no.

Pete, are you still working at Goodyear. This 99 VR4 has the clip on wheel weights. I need someone with the magic touch to take them off without scuffing the chrome and balance them with sticky weights.

Beautiful! Great find, especially considering how rare the 99's are.

If you look on autotrader and search for 99 VR4s they can go for a lot. I got a great deal compared to that.

And yes, now I have a 95 R/T TT, 95 Spyder VR4 and the 99 VR4.

Wait, this thing is cleaner than your stealth and your spyder? How is that even possible??

Congrats on the new ride. It's in excellent hands.
